1. Shipping Information

1.1 Shipping Areas

We currently offer delivery within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

1.2 Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Shipping Method: All orders are dispatched via our trusted courier partners.
  • Shipping Cost: Standard shipping within the UAE is free for all orders.

1.3 Dispatch and Delivery Time

  • Order Processing: We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day if placed before 8:00 PM UAE time. Orders placed after 8:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, your order will typically be delivered within 2 business days.

1.4 Delivery Tracking

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.

2. Exchange Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Exchange

We accept exchanges for products under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original receipt or order confirmation.

2.2 How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at prestigeattiree@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the exchange.
  2. Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with detailed return instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Return the Item: Pack the item securely and return it to the provided address. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

2.3 Exchange Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approval: If the exchange request is approved, we will send out the replacement item as soon as possible.
  • Alternative Options: If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will offer you a choice of other products or a store credit.

2.4 Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Customized Items: Products that have been customized or personalized.
  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale or clearance.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [insert contact email] with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a return and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
