3. Ordering and Payment

   3.1 Ordering

   To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid UAE delivery address. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

   3.2 Payment

   We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) with a first check then pay service. You will have the opportunity to inspect your order before making payment.

   3.3 Order Confirmation

   Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase. Please review the details and contact us immediately if there are any errors.

4. Shipping and Delivery

   4.1 Shipping

   We dispatch orders on the same day if placed before 8:00 PM UAE time. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. Delivery is typically within 2 business days.

   4.2 Delivery Issues

   We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions or courier issues. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact us for assistance.

5. Exchanges and Returns

   5.1 Exchange Policy

   We accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please refer to our Shipping & Exchange Policy for detailed information.

   5.2 Return of Damaged or Incorrect Items

   If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
